We sell our beef meat the Saturdays of all months:
Family package with 9 kg of meat, it costs € 100,00, in this package there is: 1 Kg  boiled beef; 1 kg stew; 2 kg minced meat, 1 kg beefsteak, 1kg roast. Giveaway ½  kg of cut beneath sirloin and ribs. Our meat are identified by a label for traceability of meat.

Family package with 4.5 kg of meat, it costs € 50,00. In this package there are the same type of beef but there is only half the weight.

We can make personalized package, the price is the same if the proportions are equal. If the proportions aren’t the same, the price is different.

Furthermore is possible to buy mutton, meat of pig, chicken.

Our farm La tenuta del falco suggests package for Christmas, this package is composed by typical product of Ciociaria.
 

For example  the small package is composed by: ½ kg Caciocavallo, 1 kg cheese, 500 gr beans of Atina, 500 gr lentil, one bottle of oil, 400 gr pepper in oil, 400 gr. Pumpkin in oil,  one bottle Atina’s  Cabernet. The cost of this package is € 80. The packages can be personalized.

Our family begun the production of vegetables in oil in 2007. We choose our vegetables and then we process the vegetables.

We grow the cereals with biological methods.
